“When the future of their well-loved rodeo grounds is threatened by an unscrupulous developer, a group of teens must face their private Goliaths and put aside their differences to save the small town institution from destruction.”
This project is 80% funded, marking the final stretch toward full financing. Additional funds from product placements are designated for marketing the film once it is prepared for the marketplace. We have secured guaranteed distribution. Your products and brand will gain long-lasting visibility over many years to come.
In a close-knit town, the beloved Tillson Show Grounds—a place filled with memories, tradition, and the heart of a horse community—is at risk of being sold. Barrel-racing hopeful Darby and the town's new girl Erin find common ground and rally their school friends Colt, Hope and Jake to help —they won’t let it go without a fight. Scrambling to solve the Tillsons’ financial struggles, the teens organize a fundraiser fair to save the grounds.
For Darby, barrel racing is her way out of her small town. A rodeo winner with an impressive record, she knows her only chance to escape is through the sport. She needs a sponsor to turn her dreams into reality and give her mom a better life. As the new kid in town, Erin faces a different challenge—her father insists academics and boarding school are the key to her future, but Erin’s heart belongs to the rodeo, and she longs for his approval. The teens turn to Pastor Randy for guidance as he reminds the townsfolk that Tillson Show Grounds are a cornerstone of their faith, history, and community spirit.
The town comes together, but their efforts fall short. Will the Tillson's be forced to sell to the developers? Will a 'rodeo dream' for Darby come to an end? Will the city side with new development and growth, leaving behind a town built on rodeo?
The Last Rodeo is a modern-day story of courage, community, and working together. A town struggling with economic challenges, five teens must put aside their differences and discover how coming together can solve problems bigger than their own. Even in difficult times, bonds that unite us—faith, tradition, goals and friendships—can find common ground.

FAQs
Got Questions? Find Answers to Our Most Common Queries Below!
Why should I invest in product placement for a small, low-budget film?
Small-budget films often have a grassroots, authentic appeal that connects deeply with niche audiences. Your brand won’t just be seen—it will be part of a story that resonates personally with viewers. Additionally, low-budget films often have passionate teams who work hard to maximize exposure through local premieres, festivals, and social media. It’s a cost-effective way to align your product with a heartfelt narrative and gain targeted visibility.
How can I be sure my product received enough exposure in the film?
We strive to showcase sponsors and products meaningfully into scenes where they’ll stand out. For example, if your product is featured in key moments—like on a diner table or used by a main character—it becomes a memorable part of the story. We’ll also provide details about how and where your product will be highlighted so you can feel confident in its placement.
If the brand is to be featured only in one scene, you will know that upfront, prior to contracting with us and our fee for the particular product we are asking for will be lower than those products needed for several scenes or a main brand sponsor.
Why do I need to pay a fee if I’m already supplying the product?
Product placement and sponsorship are more than just showcasing your product or brand in our film—they’re about creating a unique and strategic marketing opportunity. The fee helps cover production costs, such as set design, crew time, and filming logistics, ensuring your product is seamlessly and authentically integrated into the scenes.
This collaboration highlights your brand in ways that align with the story, giving it meaningful and memorable exposure to audiences. Additionally, your contribution supports the overall quality of the film, enhancing the impact of your placement. By supplying your product and paying the fee, you’re not just supporting the movie—you’re investing in powerful brand storytelling that connects with viewers.
Absolutely! We carefully incorporate products in a way that aligns with the film's tone and message. Our goal is to showcase your brand or product as part of the film’s world, ensuring it’s portrayed respectfully and positively. Whether it’s a cherished item used by a character or a business appreciated in the story, we aim for placements that enhance both the narrative and your brand.
What kind of audience will see my product?
Our film is designed to appeal to a specific audience passionate about the themes of THE LAST RODEO —e.g., "rodeo," and "community stories."
Additionally, we have interest from UPtv and guaranteed distribution on OliveBranch.TV, QUANIO and other online platforms. Our goal to reach viewers who appreciate heartfelt, authentic stories.
You’ll also gain exposure through our cast and crew’s social media presence, amplifying your reach.
What if the movie doesn’t perform well—will my investment still be worth it?
Even in smaller films, product placement offers long-term value. When you invest in a film, your product is seen for the life of the film, which can be 10, 20 or more years. Your product becomes part of the film’s legacy, appearing in scenes that will live on through streaming, digital downloads, and social media clips.
Additionally, you’ll gain immediate exposure through our marketing efforts, local buzz, and partnerships, ensuring your brand benefits regardless of box office numbers.
How can I track the return on investment (ROI) for my product placement?
While product placement isn’t always directly measurable, we provide opportunities to amplify your ROI through supplementary exposure. This includes being featured in behind-the-scenes footage, social media posts by cast and crew, and special callouts in our marketing materials. Your brand’s visibility increases not just on-screen but also in promotional campaigns, adding measurable value to your investment.
